Introduction
RUVBL1 is part of NuA4 histone acetyltransferase complex which participates in transcriptional activation of specific genes mainly by acetylation of nucleosomal histone H4 and H2A. This complex is essential for the activation of transcriptional programs associated with oncogene and proto oncogene mediated growth induction, tumor suppressor mediated growth arrest.

Purification Method
RUVBL1 antibody was purified from mouse ascitic fluids by protein-A affinity chromatography.

Applications
RUVBL1 antibody has been tested by ELISA, Western blot analysis, Flow cytometry and ICC/IF to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results.
