Human serum chemically depleted of C3 protein

Quidel's C3 Depleted sera is treated to remove C3 functional activity. With the exception of the depleted protein, the alternative and classical pathways are fully active. These reagents are therefore ideal for the detection and quantitation of hemolytically active complement components.
