Goat anti mouse IgG Fc HRP
Goat anti mouse IgG Fc HRP is supplied as a purified polyclonal antibody conjugated to the enzyme horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The antibody is prepared from purified pooled antisera of goats hyperimmunised with mouse IgG. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on mouse IgG covalently linked to agarose and conjugated to HRP. The antibody is suitable for use in immunoassay research and development for the detection of mouse IgG.
Goat anti mouse IgG Fc recognises the Fc region of mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c and IgG3. The antibody has been cross adsorbed with mouse IgG Fab, IgM and IgA. Cross reactivity may occur with immunoglobulins from other species.
