Goat anti human IgG
Goat anti human IgG is supplied as a purified polyclonal antibody for use in immunoassay research and development. Goat anti human IgG has been purified from the pooled antisera of goats hyperimmunised with human IgG. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on human IgG covalently linked to agarose.
Goat anti human IgG recognises human IgG heavy chains. The antibody has been cross adsorbed with human IgM and IgA. Cross reactivity may occur with immunoglobulins from other species.
