Goat anti human IgG (mouse adsorbed)
Goat anti human IgG (mouse adsorbed) is supplied as a purified polyclonal antibody for use in immunoassay research and development. Goat anti human IgG (mouse adsorbed) has been purified from the pooled antisera of goats hyperimmunised with human IgG. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on human IgG covalently linked to agarose.
Goat anti human IgG is specific for human IgG heavy chains. The antibody has been cross adsorbed with human IgM and IgA, mouse immunoglobulins and pooled sera. Cross reactivity may occur with IgG from other species.
