Goat anti Human IgM HRP
Goat anti human IgM HRP is supplied as an affinity purified polyclonal antibody conjugated to the enzyme horseradish peroxidase (HRP). This antibody is prepared from pooled antisera of goats hyperimmunised with human IgM. The goat anti human IgM antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on human IgM covalently linked to agarose.
Goat anti human IgM recognises the heavy chain of human IgM. The antibody has been cross adsorbed with human IgG and IgA. Cross reactivity may occur with IgM from other species.
