Goat anti Human IgM
Goat anti human IgM is supplied as an affinity purified polyclonal antibody for use in immunoassay research and development. Goat anti human IgM has been purified from pooled antisera of goats hyperimmunised with human IgM. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on human IgM covalently linked to agarose.
Goat anti human IgM recognises the heavy chain of human IgM. The antibody has been cross adsorbed with human IgG and IgA. Cross reactivity may occur with IgM from other species.
