Goat anti human IgG Fc AP (Alkaline Phosphatase)

Goat anti human IgG Fc AP is supplied as a purified polyclonal antibody conjugated to the enzyme alkaline phosphatase (AP). The antibody is prepared from purified pooled antisera of goats hyperimmunised with human IgG. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on human IgG Fc covalently linked to agarose and conjugated to AP. The antibody is suitable for use in immunoassay research and development for the detection of human IgG.

Goat anti human IgG recognises the Fc region of human IgG. The antibody has been cross adsorbed with human IgG Fab, IgM and IgA. Cross reactivity may occur with immunoglobulins from other species.
