Goat anti mouse IgG Alkaline Phosphatase
Goat anti mouse IgG Alkaline Phosphatase is supplied as a purified polyclonal antibody conjugated to the enzyme alkaline phosphatase (AP). The antibody is prepared from purified pooled antisera of goats hyperimmunised with mouse IgG. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on mouse IgG covalently linked to agarose and conjugated to AP. The antibody is suitable for use in immunoassay research and development for the detection of mouse IgG. Goat anti mouse IgG recognises the heavy chains of mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c and IgG3. The antibody has been cross adsorbed with mouse IgM, mouse IgA, human Immunoglobulins and pooled sera to reduce potential cross reactivity. ?
